Location

This new development is located in a quite area near to a village called Hatipler. It is next to a small woodland which means there can not be further development on the East side. It is quite close to the super-market, local shops, transport and ammeneties. Antalya airport is only 45 minutes away.

The world famous Belek golf courses are only half an hour away which makes the apartments within easy reach. There is an excellent bus service to Side, Alanya, Antalya and Manavgat.

The local town of Manavgat is only a few minutes away and has many different shops, banks and government offices. On Mondays and Thursdays there are big markets in different parts of the town. In addition, there is the beautiful waterfall in Manavgat, where the river runs through the town and you can take river boat trips to the Mediterranean Sea and to the Waterfall.

Approximately 5 km away is the historic Roman town of Side, with its long, sandy beaches. Antique Side is unique in having modern shops, restaurants and night clubs, all set in the ancient ruins.

Side has its own harbour where you can take boat trips and watch the spectacular sunsets over the sea.

The town is an all year round resort with hot summers and mild winters and so has regular weekly flights from major UK and European airports.
