Our dream came true !

We bought a flat in Turkey – Side about 2 years ago which was our dream. This is our second home now! We have fully furnished the flat and keep our personel belongings in it. So we don’t need to bring so much from home in Norway. In the flat in Side we have dishwasher and washing machine, so it is easy to clean. Here we can make over own special dinners, with local ingredient (fresh meat, vegetable and spice). Mmm it’s very nice! If we want, there is lot of excursion but it so nice to be home and just relax. Our flat is ca. 5 km from Centrum, so it is quit and many animals around(eagle, owl, stork, turtle etc). And we can also go for a walk in the forest or the local village. We have our own swimming pool for 3 flats. We can just get relaxed and it is safe for children. We mean that this is a good investment for now and for our retiring. We have also got many good friends here. So our dream has come true!

We were introduced to Sait by our good friends Graham and Elaine who had already bought one of his properties. After an initial exploration visit to view his first property, we had no hesitation in buying one of the apartments in Sait's new development. We were impressed by the design of the apartments, the overall build quality, and the location being quiet but close to Side / Manavgat and the golf courses at Belek. The whole coast line from Antalya to Alanya also has so much to offer with mountains, great beaches and many cultural and historical things to do.

From our initial meeting and throughout the purchase process, Sait has been a pleasure to deal with and has been very helpful in organising the legal documentation, bank accounts and even helping us buy furniture when we moved in.

We have been coming to Side for some 10 years and have known Sait for that long too. Over time Side has become central to our lives and we spend many weeks of the year in the town among our many friends. We chose to invest and purchase an apartment with Sait. We opted for a rural setting, but with easy access to both Side and Manavgat. We love and value the privacy our apartment affords us, yet we are close to transport links.

This new development is built to a very high standard and has been given much thought in all aspects of the planning and construction. We were offered a lot of choice from the outset in terms of interior and exterior finish and every help was given in furnishing and meeting legal requirements. Sait was able to smooth the transfer of TAPU (Deeds) to our names as well as help direct debits for bills.

The swimming pool is a joy to have on a hot Turkish summer day and is only a few steps away from the apartment. It is considerably bigger than those found in most apartments and has a sizeable patio area. Its annual maintenance is low. The easily maintained garden adds a personal touch and has all year round plants.

We have no regrets about buying our new home where we plan to spend our retirement years and learn the Turkish language! Our faith in Sait has been rewarded many times over and we have no hesitation in recommending his development.

We bought our apartment months ago, during a holiday to side.

I had been interested in a property abroad for sometime, so we had

a look around side & saw some nice apartments.

Sait's area was recommended to us & we made arrangements to view the

property.The first thing that took us back was the area, very quiet, relaxing & in

the Turkish community.Only a short walk for the bus, where amenities are very close at hand, it was perfect.The shock was the size & quality of the apartment compared to everything that we had previously seen in side.It was a yes straight away, we are now in a very nice community, a bit like a small family you might say, incorporating

Norwegians, English & Turkish.The apartments are very secure with Sait there at hand, which brings peace of mind.

We have had some great times there so far & look to have many more.

Sait has become a very good friend of ours & is a great person.

I recommended the new block of apartments to a friend of mine, who had no

hesitation in purchasing one.The smoothness of the sale was fantastic, transactions & aftersales from Sait has been awesome.I would recommend these apartments & the community to anyone, so come & join us.

We first holidayed in Side when we stayed with our friends Graham and Elaine.By the time we left a week later we'd fallen in the with the place.The turkish people were so friendly we really did'nt want to leave.

We were very impressed with the standard,size and design of the apartments.We loved the fact that you could spend the day on the beach,or the evening eating in Side,before returning to the privacy and quiet surroundings of the apartment,the location really is ideal.The pool/patio area is fantastic if the beach is to hectic.The gardens around the apartments have some lovely plants and fruit trees(thanks Trevor)which give the place a homely feel.We have now bought our very own apartment and could'nt be happier.Sait has been so helpful, nothing is to much trouble,he has always been so easy to deal with,we regard him as a good friend.

Anyone wanting their own holiday home really should view these because everything about the place is perfect.
